Administration

The highest governing body of the university is the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors performs the following functions:

Approve and amend organization development policies, plans, programs, internal rules and regulations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
Determine organizational structure, staffing and salary levels
Approve investment and annual budget allocation and discuss expenditure reports
Determine tuition fees and other service fees in accordance with regulations
Discuss and evaluate organizational performance reports
Submit annual activity report to the founder
Award honorary titles
